Download & Verify ISO

Get the latest Genesi OS ISO and verify its integrity.

Download

Go to the Releases page.
Download the latest genesi-*.iso.
Download the matching genesi-*.iso.sha256 checksum.

Verify (recommended)

sha256sum -c genesi-*.iso.sha256

Get-FileHash genesi-*.iso -Algorithm SHA256

Compare the printed hash against the contents of the .sha256 file.

A mismatched checksum means a corrupted or tampered download — re-download before flashing it to a USB drive.
