Secure Boot

Secure Boot support status on Genesi OS.

Genesi OS does not support Secure Boot yet. Disable it in your BIOS/UEFI before installing or booting the ISO.

Disabling Secure Boot

  1. Enter your firmware setup (usually F2, Del, or Esc at power-on).
  2. Find Secure Boot (often under Boot or Security).
  3. Set it to Disabled and save.

The exact location varies by motherboard vendor — check your manual if you can't find it. Once Genesi gains signed-boot support, this page will be updated.
